On the directions of business magnate Dr SPS Oberoi, Managing Trustee of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust (SDBCT) , financial aid of Rs 58000 was distributed amongst the 6 brilliant but needy students of Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Sarhali. A set of religious literature published by SDBCT was also given to the college library.
